Attachement disorders predicted by ECR, case studies of teenager girls with addiction problems in institutional upbringing

BACKGROUND: Attachment disorders have an impact on the future quality of interpersonal relationships and are related to disorders in adolescence, such as the tendency to engage in risky behaviour. Clients who are placed in the diagnostic institute and affiliated units have disturbed relationships and at the same time have been shown to exhibit risky behaviour. The family backgrounds from which clients come are often dysfunctional or disrupted, and attachment disorders may also play a role. OBJECTIVES: Determination of the percentage of attachment disorders in girls ordered into institutional care due to substance use and subsequent development of case studies for selected disorders predicted by the ECR (Experience of close relationships). Thus, the aim is to take a deeper look at the issue of attachment disorders and adolescent girls with ordered institutional education METHODS: Quantitative research - submission of a questionnaire survey to ECR and subsequent statistical evaluation Qualitative research: case studies of clients with proven attachment disorder in the form of semi-structured interviews. Development of child's reflection - Surveillance Study

v anglickém jazyce In the present work, I am primarily concerned with the approach of mentalization by Fonagy (Fonagy, 2006; Fonagy & Target, 2001; Fonagy & Target, 2002; Fonagy, Gergely, Jurist & Target, 2008; etc.), which is strongly associated with the attachment theory, psychoanalysis and also developmental psychology. Centrality to the development of mentalization are early relationships. I will present some authors, which dealt with this subject matter, psychoanalysts, development psychology and attachment theory, focusing on the attachment theory of John Bowlby. The aim of this work is to introduce the important coherences, in the literature empirically investigated factors that influence the development of reflective capacity - in particular the environmental factors (parents, foster parents, peers) and the development background of the child.
Support system of families with handicap children

This work is devoted to problems of support systems of families with handicap children. The aim of this work is exploring the support systems of families with handicap children in the Czech Republic. (There is possibility to compare the region of Prague and Pardubice.) The theoretical part describes basic characterization of disability, it is intent on families who are take care of children with disability, it describes too social network and it also points out the common problems of the social care for individuals with handicap and possibilities of support goups. In order to achieve the aim of this work, it was necessary to obtain needful data. Therefore, a structured interview was used as one of the techniques of qualitative research. Among those who were interviewed were parents of handicap children. Because there are only twenty families in the research group of this diploma thesis it is not possible to generalize obtained information for all families with handicap children. The Institute of Foster Care on a Temporary Basis From the Perspective of Social Workers of Social and Legal Protection of Children

The main aim of my Master's thesis, is to analyze the experience with foster care on a temporary basis acquired by semi - structured interviews with social workers of social and legal protection of children in northern Bohemia. Furthermore, mapping what positive and difficulties they find of foster care on a temporary basis social workers social and legal protection of children. This Master's thesis gets the reader introduced the theory of attachment, the historical development of family substitute care, the actual system of family substitute care in the Czech Republic, the institute of foster care on a temporary basis, amendment to the Law on social and legal protection of children, acceptance and adaptation of a child in the alternative family environment, roles and competences of a social worker of social and legal protection of children in realization of foster care for a temporary basis. As a method for this thesis was used a qualitative one, the data were obtained by semi - structured interview. At the end of the thesis, the results of the survey are evaluated and presented.

Children at integrational summer camp- their manifestations in behaviour and relations

This diploma thesis deals with behaviour and relationships on summer integrational camp, where children raised in family and children raised in residential care meet with each other. The aim of this thesis is to describe the difference between these groups from the viewpoint of unit counsellors (in the area of behaviour at the camp, relationship with the authority of counsellor and relationships between children) and explore mutual relationships in units, primarily ascertain the position of the children who were raised in residential care. The thesis is divided into theoretical and empirical part. In the first chapter of the theoretical part potential differences between children raised in family and children raised in residential care are analysed. The second chapter deals with summer camps and which aspects have influence on children's stay at camp. In the empirical part the qualitative research itself is presented, with the questionnaires for counsellors as the main data source. These questionnaires provide the information about observed areas regarding all the children on the camp, who are participants of the research.
